About Lauralee Ferriell

Lauralee has dedicated her life to serving others. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Lauralee served in the U. S. Navy. She graduated from the United States Naval Academy cum laude in 2001. After graduation, she was commissioned as a Naval Officer and attended flight training. She completed two deployments to the Western Pacific and served 8 years on active duty as an aircraft navigator, tactical instructor, and mission commander. After being honorably discharged, she obtained her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of South Alabama in 2011. As a PA, she has worked in Cardiovascular Surgery, Wound Care, Internal Medicine, and Telemedicine. In 2021, she was selected to work in one of the first Post-COVID clinics in the Boston area. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Alpha Eta Allied Health Professions Honor Society. She credits her life experiences with providing her the skills to pay attention to detail, manage multiple sources of information, and always have the end goal in sight. Her patients describe her as thorough, understanding, a great listener, and someone who truly cares about them. She has particular interest in cardiovascular health, pulmonary conditions, preventative medicine, and nutrition. She is a strong believer that the types of foods we eat play a large role in our overall health and wellness. Lauralee is passionate about being a PA and empowering her patients to help them make informed decisions about their health.
