About Michael Herriges
“Mike” brings with him 40+ years of experience in the medical field. He received his bachelors of nursing from the University of Arizona in 1984 he practiced in both inpatient and outpatient settings before going back to school and completing his masters as a family nurse practitioner in 1998. Since and Mike is also received two different degrees; a bachelors degree in Christian ministry, and a masters degree in transformational leader ship. His experience spans from newborn all the way through elderly end of life care. He lives on the farm with his wife, and a multitude of farm animals. He enjoys being out in the country where it is quiet and he can spend time in nature. Mike is very focused on whole person healthcare. He believes that there is a strong connection between body, mind, and spirit. He focuses on bringing all three of those into balance for his patients. Disease, focus – primary care depression, anxiety, ADHD in both children and adults. General overall health and development. Taking training in functional medicine currently. Integrative and complementary medicine.
